Rael is a 16 yr old girl who has one of the most radiant smiles I have ever seen. She is in the 11th grade. She plans to be a policewoman and serve God in her local church. She has been with Pastor Mose for 12 yrs. Her mother died during childbirth of a sibling. She is one of the first children Pastor and his wife took in as helping destitute children has been their calling and passion for years. She speaks English very well.
